RETURNS
As a company policy we do not provide refund/return/Replacement for different product, on any product once sold. Orders once placed on website cannot be cancelled. Once the Taikee pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger size only as we provide margins inside . (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). Customer gets a credit note(amount after deducting shipping charges 100/-), only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.
Products bought from sale section or discounted price are also not eligible for any type of return and size exchange .
If the product is not from sale section & eligible for size exchange, you may email at labeltaikee@gmail.com or DM us on instagram within 1 working days or 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Once acknowledged by the team during next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have reverse pickup facility. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Taikee will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

Exchange Request can be done within 24 hours from the date of delivery
Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger , equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro ).
Store credit equaling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit.
The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse shipping as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.
For international orders, there is no ‘Cancellation / Return / Exchange’ available.
Note: International order may incur additional import charges by foreign country’s government’s custom/relevant department. Though, usually there is no import charges for textiles.
If, in any case there is manufacturing defects, the product is eligible for replacement for fresh piece.
SHIPPING
- Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete and valid address and pin code at the time of creating an account to avoid any delays, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delivery of the products, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.
- Please note that the billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills and shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered. You cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed.
- Once the order is placed, you can track the order status on our website, and in case of any queries relating to the order, our customer care service is available on all the weekdays between 10:30 am to 6:30 pm IST. Or you can email your query to info@labeltaikee.com After the product is dispatched by us, you will receive the tracking code, with which you track the status of your purchased product.
- For international customers, the VAT/Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
- All prices are inclusive of GST.
- We disclaim our liability in case of any delay in the delivery due to unforeseen events or wrong delivery address provided by the buyers.
- Custom charges might be applicable in case of delivery outside India.
- Customers will be liable to customs chargers in such cases.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over Rs. 3500, you should consider using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- We carry out free shipping pan India and depending on weight and country for international shipping.
- All import tax and duty charges are borne by the clients during International Shipping.
- It takes up to 7-12 days for delivery within India and 12-15 days for International Shipping
